Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore
Hello aspirant,
Based on many surveys, reviews, faculty infrastructure and placements over all these years, and confining to the colleges listed by you, NMIT stands first, then RNSIT , CMRIT followed by BNMIT. So i suggest you to take up NMIT as you first option! Good luck!
Based on various surveys and student reviews and also in terms of placements and faculties, NMIT stands before CMRIT. Which means that any branch in NMIT ,may it be cse or ece will fetch you job! Also NMIT happens to be among the top 15 engineering colleges of karnataka whereas CMRIT comes within top 20. So good luck!
Hellp aspirant,
For a rank of 20k, assuming that you belong to general category you will not get ISE in NMIT , you may still get any other branch in NMIT for the rank as the cutoff for ISE (gm) in 2018 was around 8k. You may a get a seat in cmrit for 20k well within 3 rounds of allotment. Good luck!
Hello,Usually students take NIRF ranking and the placements into consideration, while applying for counselling. Taking those factors into consideration, NMIT would be a better pick.
Hi
Congratulations on your score. Well, the possibilities of seeking admissions in a particular course and college depends upon certain criterias which include previous years closing ranks, difficulty level of papers, category of the candidate and the number of students taking part in the exam. And so does the college and rank predictor work. You have not specified any category although, so we are predicting your results in the open merit. You might likely secure admissions for ISE at NMIT but there are very less chances. However, with this rank, you shall get civil engineering at NMIT , in the second round for sure.
Hope this helps!!
Hello Chankit,
Both the colleges are good enough ,providing all the basic facilities for the students. But NMIT has been growing more faster than CMRIT overall ,it is NBA accredited with international student exchange program. Also NMIT has a better ranking than CMRIT .you can choose any college as per your choice and convinence ,because all the colleges have their pros and cons. With the decent placements in both the colleges. There has been the mix response by students too for both the colleges having good faculties and facility.I hope it helped
Hi,
I suggest YOU to go for NMAMIT in (Nitte, Mangalore) than SASTRA Kumbakonam
Then telling you about NMIT, the college, the departments, the infrastructures, the profs, the hostel facility everything is 9/10. The only problem you might face is to reach college if you are not taking college bus or not staying in hostel. It is quite far from the main road, no local bus travel in this route. And it is never easy to walk around 6kms daily just to reach college.
Then talking about the prof’s, most of the depts have profs who are PhD holders, all dept heads are well experienced and have in-depth knowledge of subjects. Most of the profs are student friendly and encouraging.
The college is pretty good in supporting sports and other extra-activities. Even though it lacks a proper ground for cricket and football, those two are the sports which give us trophies in inter-university competition. The other games include basketball, handball, kabbadi, hockey, list goes on.
Totally to help you in deciding whether you should join this college or not, I would say this is one among the top 10 colleges in Karnataka, so there shouldn’t be any problem to choose this.
