You can get admission in some of the Tier3 Engineering Colleges available through COMEDK , such as ACHARYA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING , ALPHA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING , GITAM UNIVERSITY , etc. 

Some of the top colleges available through COMEDK are RVCE , BMSCE , MSRIT etc. If you want to assure better placements opportunities, you can opt for these colleges.

Your rank is just average. You will not get branches like computer science with this rank. You can get some of the branches. if you are asking about m.tech then all students can go to abroad for persuing it after b.tech however you can also go for persuing MBA in Abroad.

As per previous two years data you have chances but previous years cutoff lasts 12000 to 15500 so it might be possible you may get in 2nd or 3rd round u should apply for it.

The College has modern hostel facilities in the campus for both boys and girls with inhouse mess facility providing hygienic and nutritious diet. Safety and comfort of the student's is our primary focus and we have an in house warden monitoring the welfare of the students. The hostels have solar systems for providing hot water apart from the modern amenities like recreation facilities, library, TV room, cafeteria and stationary cell. There is an on-campus Medical Centre and an MOU has been signed with a nearby hospital for providing medical facilities for students. 

At present the college has two boys' hostel blocks Nethravathi and Kumaradhara with a total of 520 capacity and one girls' hostel Kaveri with a capacity of 230. Two additional blocks one for boys and another for girls are under construction. Hostel fee is around Rs. 50,000 and mess food costs around Rs. 2,000 per month.
