Both the branches CSC and ISE Engineering in NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore, are equally same in all aspects.

They accept KCET and COMEDK UGET for their admissions. The total fee structure here is Rs. 2.38 lakhs. Their Infrastructure is also good with huge libraries, laboratories, cafeteria, Wi-Fi enabled campus, gym, etc,.

Both the colleges have good facilities and top colleges. But if you wanna choose between the two colleges for ECE branch in B.Tech it would be GL Balaji Institute of Technology and Management, Uttar Pradesh as the college has NBA accreditation for all the branches including ECE.

Hope you are doing well. As per your query it is possible but it can be a bit difficult as the cutoff rank varies every year. Last year the closing rank for AIR was 12687 for CSE and 30916 for ECE. According to the colleges you have mentioned in your question, CBIT hyderabad has a better ranking than the other two.CBIT is one of the top colleges in telangana state.CBIT is a very good college for cse and has great placements.Many good companies like amazon,infosys,JPMC etc visit the college for placements.

But the median package for btech in nmam is greater than cbit

For cbit - 3.6 lakhs per annum whereas

for nmam - 4 lakhs per annum

The cut off for KMAT exam for the academic year of 2019 is 108 and for KCET it is 6535 for CS and will come down a little bit if you go for other stream.You can get into these college by giving KMAT,KCET and COMEDK.The two colleges under this university are NITTE and VTU.Both are good.

zakirilc , From some research I found that hostel fees is approx 60000 per annum and the mess system is like they hava non profitable mess so in the end of every month they divide the expenses of mess in all students and there is one another rule is students need to wash there own dish.
