Human resources management is flagship course by XIMB.
Henece the cutoff has always been on high surge.
An average cutoff at XIMB for HRM js 200+ and can vary in range of 185-205.

Hence, chances seem mediocre, however, if paper difficulty was high you can expect cutoffs to go down.

Do we have to separately apply for each B school (which we aim for) before giving cat , snap , nmat exams?( Apply date is given before cat)

Apply seperately for CAT Allied colleges. Check their websites for the application deadline. And yes, you'll have to pay the fees before the CAT results if required.
