If you would have asked a month earlier, I would have suggested MDI murshidabad & IBS Hyderabad, but for now I'm listing a few Colleges at this score. (Although it's advisable to take a drop if you can afford)

There are many colleges that will accept this score but it depends on what kind od college you want to take or in which city. Also it depends upon the amount you are willing to invest and the return the college gives. Some institutions you might get a call
If you are a domicile student, then you can easily expect a call. If not then after conversion if your percentile is more than 50 then you can expect a call.

In almost all colleges the required criteria is NMAT score. So need to worry more just apply to that particular colleges on the basis o your NMAT score(marks).
BTW 159 is very less marks, it can't fetch you the main campus like NMIS, Mumbai or Hyderabad. It will only

The cutoff score changes every year. However, you may get selected for the admission procedure, if you have more than 160-165 marks.
