The placement scenario at Sandur Polytechnic has been quite good this year. 

Taking about mechanical engg, the major companies for recruitment were L&T, JSW, John Dere, Atibir Industries.

Not every college accepts NMAT scores. The top colleges are NMIMS Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. For the Mumbai campus you'll have to score at least 210 and for other campuses it's 208.

For XIMB they consider the percentile and not the score. The percentile required is over 90. 

For IBS

It's not always true. The fact is just that you can have three chances of writing NMAT and the duration for the exam extends to 3 months. So the tests appearing earlier are comparatively easier than the tests later. So it's always better if you take the test in October

To get admission in IBS Hyderabad you need atleast 150 and above score in nmat.

For IBS Banglore you need 120-150 score.

For IBS mumbai you need same,around 150 that's it.

Hyderabad is  best between these three in terms of placement and infrastructure.
