In NIET Greater Noida, there is always 15% seat reserved for direct admission. For admission in B.Tech courses, a candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks in total, along with a minimum of 40% marks in each paper from a recognized board or university.
You must opt for Amity,Noida for law course.
You will get a better chance of placements and work opportunities after college as compared to KIIT School of law.
Also their studies are must different .
In fact ranking of Amity is better than KIIT in every site you refer.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. For this Category, if you belong to General Category, then you will need 575 atleast

Both the colleges are good. Jaipuria noida is ranked higher in NIRF ranking but the ITM navi Mumbai has higher placement rate.Now the decision rests with you.

if you want to pursue LLB then you have to give. With out entrance exam score, you won't be eligible for admission. Go for CLAT which is National level entrance exam.
