Subhrajit Mukherjee 24th Jun, 2021

Both the colleges are great. But if you want to compare them on the basis of the course structure, quality of education and placement then I would say Mangalmay Group of Institution will be better than Lotus Institute of management.

The core reasons are:

  • Better infrastructure and placements
  • On field training in different companies.
  • Curriculum is well balanced
  • Teachers are well educated with a good number of alumni's.

Should I take CS in JIIT Noida SEC 128 or CS in VIT Vellore? Also is there segragation based on placement opportunities and batches as category fees increases in VIT Vellore?

Virat Srivastava 21st Jun, 2021

Dear candidate, CS in JIIT Noida, Sector 128 is not a bad option. Students are placed with good packages after graduating from this institute. If you are okay with sacrificing your college life and you live in North India then you can go with JIIT Noida, Sector 128. Sector 128 has no hostel, you have to live in hostel which is situated in Sector 62. VIT Vellore is very far for North Indians. Talking about VIT Vellore, it has its own reputation in market and offers good placement in CSE.

No, there is no segregation in placements and opportunities as category fees decreases or increases.

Hope, it helps.

Will cutoffs for JIIT NOIDA on basis of class 12 shoot up this time. I am thinking to fill application form for CSE. What can be expected cutoffs and will 88 percent be safe percentage in class 12?

Aditya 17th Jun, 2021

Hi aspirant,

Jaypee institute of industrial technology,Noida offers admissions on both the basis of either Jee main or +2 board examination scores. Computer science and engineering being the most popular course has higher cutoffs in comparison to other branches. The past year analysis says that the cutoff percentage for admissions is around 88-90, so your chances are intermediate.

You can also apply using Jee main scores as predicting the board cutoffs this year would be difficult considering it is to be made on basis of internal assessments.

Hope it helps!!
