Yes you can definitely apply for both 10+2 merit basis and JEE mains basis for JIIT Noida. According to the latest admission brochure of JIIT for the year 2021,  if a candidate is applying under JEE (Main) 2021 category and also wants to apply under NRI Category/ 10+2 marks based

Dear aspirant, you can easily get CSE in JIIT Noida, Sector 128 branch. It is difficult to get IT with 86-88 percentage.

College administration never told how many seats are under board admission or JEE admission but maximum seats are filled in Noida campus(both 62 and 128) with JEE mains
