You can take admission in NIET by three ways.

1. Through UPSEE RANK

If you got the rank around 35k-40k then you get easily admission. Admission is also through JEE mains rank, but for this you have domicile of UP.

For Direct admission, consult the college management. They will conduct test. This process for their management quota seats.

myshubham456_9588043 Student Expert 23rd Jul, 2019

Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that whichever college you are alloted during counselling,  the same college gives you certain dates on which they will be taking admission . Therefore you will have to report to the college itself for taking admission in that college along with the allotment letter and other documents. You must check the documents required on the official website .

Which is better in placement for CSE- NIET or feroze gandhi institute of technology raebarely

harshita_1558773432 Student Expert 21st Jul, 2019

Dear aspirant

I would like to recommend you the NIET for CSE. I'm sharing the points which I have considered

Placements : The placement percentage of CSE branch is about 80% to 90%, which is fantastic. About 40% of the students got internships from college. The highest package offered was about 12.5 lacs per annum, the lowest package was 2 lacs per annum. The average package offered was about 3 LPA to 4 lacs per annum, this year.

Infrastructure : The infrastructure of college is fantastic. The top view of college looks in the shape of a ship. A canteen is available for .Hostel rooms are good compared to other hostels in greater Noida.

Faculty : The faculty are very good and always give their 100% to teach the students. They help the students whenever required. The technique they used to provide knowledge to the students is fantastic. They used blackboard and projector to teach. The student-faculty ratio is about 80:20. The course curriculum is very helpful for exams, and practical implementations are also fine. It is helpful in preparing for competitive exams like GATE and UPSC.

I hope this helps you.

Which is better for CSE - GNIOT or NIET

ginnisachdeva02_9364270 Student Expert 21st Jul, 2019

Hello aspirant,

Both are private colleges approved by AICTE, infrastructure is good in both. But there are more faculties and students in NIET also student is to faculty ratio is more acceptable in NIET. And, coming to placements, if you are student of CS/IT in NIET then you don't need to worry but TCS acts here as major recruiter but no chance getting placed in core companies . For GNIOT, there are many companies who visit the campus like Infosys, IBM, Amazon, TCS, etc.

Hope it helped to clear your delimma.

I m ews general student in uptu having general rank 49500 and girls 10000.will I be able to get niet CS through councelliing of uptu ??

Prince Student Expert 13th Jul, 2019

Hey Anukrati,

This year lesser students have got there EWS certificate. So if you have EWS certificate then yes have higher chances. And coming to NIET Greater Noida this year cutoff is low, it was around General 39K something so through your EWS quota sure you could get CSE in NIET. I don't have idea about the seats in Girl Quota but In EWS yes you have the chances.

Best of luck
