Answer is straight, go for NIET it has major Tie-UPs with different MNCs Yes they don't have that Glamorous Looking Infrastructure. But overall Has more then 5K students enrolled in Different Programs which is without the level of advertising ITS does.

Niet is best in both of your conditions
