according to the information available Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology offers the Mahamaya Technical University approved PG course for the students who have a B.Tech degree in Computer Science/Information Technology. This course has a bunch of highly qualified and experienced teaching faculty. Compared to IPEC, NIET has a much better faculty.

About the Hostel : Niet has a much better living environment . They offer you a well furnished rooms with coolers. Students also have the options to choose from single occupancy, double or triple.

IPEC doesn't have occupancy options to its Students. You will have to share rooms with another students

The plus point is that academic blocks of senior and junior are separate.

Both colleges offer internet connections, but NIET have limited quota of daily usage.

Placement wise NIET has a much greater placement holdings than Ipec, since it is situated in noida this they have the accessible to most of the visiting companies in its vicinity. Thats against a good advantage point.

PSIT Kanpur it has excellent infrastructure with very good facilities like smart classrooms,library, hostel, transport facilities, gym, sports, labs, canteen, auditorium, amphitheatre, etc. PSIT has been ranked 1st among all private engineering institutes in UP by the times of India.
And yes I would say,it is the best college in kanpur.careers360 ranking for this institution is AAA.
Percentage of eligible students placed in 2019- 20 (tel:201920) is near about 90%.Institution has illustrious placement record.
TCS,Wipro,Capgemini,Infosys and list of top companies is goes on.
Faculty members are highly educated,experienced and always ready to help students.

As comparison between the colleges as mentioned by you as Noida Institute of Engineering Technology is the best one and remains in TOP10 colleges, Galgotiya is better in academics and placements also ok, but when both in terms of all specifications then Noida Institute of Engineering Technology can have an edge over galgotiya.

The rank that you have achieved  i.e. 24k is not good enough to get admission in CSE in NIET with Fee Waiver seat, since the previous year's cutoff for FW in CSE was 7267-15142. However, if you want only CSE seat without FW, you can get it since previous year's scenario was 34544-55469 for OBC category.

For ECE, the previous year cutoff for FW was 16419-34413 , thus your rank is sufficient to get admission in ECE at NIET in Fee Waiver category.
