Hello sir what is the cutoff of NMIMS NPAT for b.pharma+mba course.

Aakanksha Singh Mahror 13th Mar, 2019

Hello Nandini,

NPAT offers admissions to multiple courses and thus eligibility criteria vary for each course.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Candidates must have passed 12th class or equivalent examination including International Baccalaureate Diploma Science or science vocational with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics Chemistry and Biology (PCB).
  • Candidates must have studied English as a compulsory subject.
  • An aggregate minimum score of 50% in PCM/PCB is required to be eligible in NPAT 2019.
  • Candidates awaiting their class 12th result this year are also eligible to apply.
  • The candidates who have their result in GPA/CGPA should get the equivalent percentage for the same from the concerned board/university in written.

It is mandatory for the candidates to pass the qualifying examination in one attempt. A single mark sheet displaying marks of all compulsory subjects is mandatory. A compartmentalized mark sheet won’t be considered.

Exam Duration was of 1 hour 40 minutes (20 minutes lesser than previous years) in 2018. You need to be super fast in this exam, as you get only 100 minutes to answer 120 questions. This exam has no negative marking for any wrong or unattempted response.

There is no such cut-off for NPAT. However, a score of 95–105 should easily get you the MBA+B. Pharma Course. Considering you attempted all the questions with an accuracy of 85%.

Even a score of 75+ will get you a rank well within 1500 which is pretty good. One thing more, your marks won't be displayed on the official website, you will be allotted a merit rank based on your marks.

Hope it helps!!

Good Luck :)

Ifmr Chennai or nmims Bangalore

Reporter Student Expert 8th Mar, 2019

Hello Pranjali,

I would like to tell you that IFMR is well known for finance as a  premium Bschool so if you are planning to go for MBA in finance go for IFMR.

NMIMS BANGALORE has that tag but it's much lower as compared to NMIMS MUMBAI and thus IFMR has the upper edge here.

The faculty is also very good at IFMR.

So I  Hope this helps you and all the very best!

Does PGDM in NMIMs Blore, Hyderabad and Navi Mumbai require work experience? Since Ill be in final year in 2019-20.. so asked..

Sagar 23rd Feb, 2019
NMIMS admission process does not put emphasis on work experience. A person without work experience can also apply to its PGDM course, but a while taking admissions the work experience of a person carries weightage while calculations. So if one has a work experience he/she definitely has some advantage over the one's who do not.
I hope i helped you clear your mind!

Does NMIMS accepts LSAT score for law

mahimadogra_6929406 Student Expert 23rd Feb, 2019

Hey Ritika.

Admission in Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, NMIMS for the course of BA LLB/ BBA LLB is done on the basis of your CLAT score only. Your LSAT score will not be considered for admission in this college for Law courses. Other than that you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% marks atleast  in 12th boards for a fair chance of admission here.

Best of luck

IS NMIMS PROIDE JOB GURANTEE IN MBA FINANCE, PART-TIME/DISTANCE COURSE?

Bhaskar kumar 30th Jan, 2019
Hello dear
NMIMS  hold a brand image for its regular course but for distance learning it is just encashing its brand image of the institute later regret paying higher prices for the course which is neither valued by the industry nor by the public sector, not even considered for higher education.
Thanks
