Hello Ujjwal !
Kirti P. Mehta School of law ( NMIMS )and NIRMA University are considered as one of the prestigious law imparting institutions. IThese are good options to consider after the top NLUs. They have highly professional and qualified faculy, student friendly environment and certainly good level of academics. They have active placements with average salary package as 8-10 lacs per annum.
Generally rank upto 4000 is good enough for admissions in both the Universities and if your rank is well within the range then getting admission here will not be tough.
For IPU Main campus i.e USLLS the probability for admission is 50%percent. You may or may not get a seat. Since the cutoff has been high and it is the first time IPU and affiliated colleges will offer admission on CLAT basis and not IPU CET, less can be predicted. But your rank is decent and it there are vacancies then you might land up there. Otherwise there are other good Colleges in IPU i.e Amity University and VIPS where you can definitely expect a seat.
However these are predictions, there can be slight variations in the actual allotment.
There is no different passageway test. This is an affirmation system where candidates are offered confirmations in light of the cut off endorsed by ISAT.
For OBC candidates, the ISAT 2017 Cutoff will be kept at 90% of what is landed at for GEN candidates and for ST, SC, and PD candidates, the Cutoff will be kept at the half.
I don't think so cause I secured 5700 and still haven't heard from Mumbai and even I got accepted in Bangalore campus but I gladly accepted it

Admission in Kirit P. Mehta school of Law, NMIMS university depends upon
So, the cutoff there is decided on basis of above mentioned factors. The cutoff usually lies between 120-130. There can be chances for you in NMIMS, Mumbai. They generally prefer upto 2000 rank but sometime take more than that also depending on the availability of seats.
Hi priyanka,
NMIMS select students on basis of 12th Board marks and All India CLAT ranking. with these two parameters, they allot you a merit number. The student with high merit numbers are directly admitted, and those with low merit numbers get admitted until seats are full.
It is suggestive that you get 1500 rank at least.
hope it helps
Hello student,
Well, It is a newly opened college, so it has not gained much popularity as of yet. But the student's reviews have been positive as well as negative about that college. Facilities staff is very supportive and helpful. The cafeteria is a very wonderful and side scene are truly amazing.
Negative reviews: Some students say that the college wants to fool students that they will get the same quality of education like other popular NMIMS.
It's better if choose the other option.
Cheers!
