    Hi, If you chose to do integrated program then there is no disadvantage in it. Rather it will save your one year.
    Also from which institute you do your Btech matters a lot.
    Otherwise you can proceed further with the integrated program.

    You have chances to get NIT Manipur.

    You can also get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
