see you have not mention which entrance exam you are asking about. some exam application process opens correction window, that time you may correct it. but like gate exam there is no correction window. one thing you can do if the application process is still going on you can fill a new form, or check if any correction window is available or not. or you may send a email to exam authority relating your problems.
