see if its compulsory that you have to submit your jee score card while filling NRTI form, you need to upload it, unless its chances that your application will not consider , your candidature may cancelled. so immediately contact with official authority to get clarifications of that matter.

There is not a specific cutoff. But you should score good and be among top students to get admission here. They take out merit list which is short list for interview. You may get selected if you have a percentile across 96 in JEE mains.
