Hello Aspirant,
You are eligible for JEE-Main and also for admission to DTU and NSUT for their B.Tech. course because as per their eligibility criteria available on the official website the candidate should have minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM and also should have passed in English subject, then the candidate is eligible for admission to aforesaid institutions with their JEE-Main rank of paper 1.
For your reference JEE-Main eligibility criteria is also mentioned below :-
1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.
2--- Qualifying E xamination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent or should be appearing in it in the same examination year.
3--- Year of qualification :- For JEE-Main 2022 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or 2022; or those who will be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2022, would be eligible to appear.
So if you follow all above criterion then you are definitely eligible for JEE-Main.

As per your options of colleges considering you are only talking about the cse branch then it's very clear that iiit hyderbad is the best colleges among the given choices.
After iiit Hyderabad, there is bits pilani,nit Warangal, nsut Delhi, nit Rourkela and nit kurukshetra. Apart from these there are many IITs like bombay, delhi, roorkee, Kharagpur, kanpur which are famous for their placements in cse branch.

Yes , NSUT does offers fee waiver on the basis of family income. You need to apply to the college and show and verify your original income certificate for the families whose income is less than 4.5 L per annum.

Yes, you are allowed to change your branch provided you haven't freezed your choice and let me tell you as per my knowledge you won't be allowed to change your campus if you haven't cleared the cut offs in the counselling for the nsut campus.

You haven't mentioned your category. Assuming that you belong to general category considering the previous year cut off you need to score 98.5-99 percentile to secure admission in NSUT. For that you need to score minimum 210 marks or above in JEE Main. Cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available.

Admission in Delhi technological University and netaji subhash University of technology is done through jac Delhi counselling. The counselling allotes college and branch on the basis of rank in JEE main. At 97 percentile in jee main ,it is quite difficult for general category students to get into top branch like cse, it or ece in these colleges. However some lower branches may be allocated to you on the basis of cutoff.
