As per your rank in jee mains which is 65k and taking into consideration that you belong to home state delhi so if the first round cut off is 60k and your rank is 65k then definitely you stand good chances to get a seat till spot round.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

NIT Trichy would be a better option here because NIT Trichy is rated as India's best NIT and is ranked 11 for Engineering colleges in India.

NIT trichy has

1. Good Faculty and good teaching
2. Good Infrastructure, except for some minute chanes
3. Lots of Research activities go on, so if you are good and a professor likes you, you might get to work on research

Also, there is more scope in CSE as a field, which would be better in the longer run.

In short NSUT ITns is better than IIIT gwalior IT dual. So here are few aspects which can help you understand why NSUT/ NSIT is better than ABV-IIIT gwalior.

1. NSUT is old college and it has more connection with industry and companies. And the later being new college will lack in this aspect.
2. Location, nsut being situated in Delhi the students will have more opportunity to explore than gwalior.
3. Alumni network of nsut is more strong than other college. The well known alumni are Aman dhattarwal, Ira Singhal, and many others.
4. Placements are also better in nsut because many companies visit there and the students from all circuital branch are allowed for interview. So there will no need to go for off campus.
5. College life, it's totally different in delhi and gwalior. And undoubtedly delhi will lead.
6. The research and lab facility  is best in nsut than IIIT gwalior.

IGDTUW AND NSUT both are amazing colleges when it comes to pursue any courses. CSE or computer science engineering  and Information technology both are decent branches as well.

See, the point for comparison comes on the packages and placements. Many colleges says they have 100% placements but the average being around 4 LPA whereas some says 99% placements but the average is 15 LPA. So definitely a student choose that college which has a decent placement record.

See, NSUT nad IGDTUW both have decent placements but NSUT has better opportunities and also you are getting CSE (IOT)branch which is better than simply IT so choose NSUT over IGDTUW .

Also, NSUT has better alumni records so go with NSUT .

You will get ample of opportunities and learning in CSE (IOT) branch. Also, NSUT has much higher rank than IGDTUW.

ICE at nsut is a good branch branch has an updated syllabus and carries the brand name of nsut with it. Talking about placements many tech companies generally allow ICE students but some only allow students from cs and related branches but nothing can be done for that although you can always apply for off campus placements moreover that tag of nsut will always be helpful in future.

Dear candidate out of the options chosen by you NSUT is a better choice, now that Instrumentation and Chemical Engineering is such a stream which offers several career prospectives and NSUT has a pretty nice infrastructure, experienced faculties, nice labs, library and hostels. Hope it helps,

NSUT eiot is a better option in my opinion because it carries the brand value of nsut main campus also eiot is a specialization branch of ece which in itself is a good branch and related to coding as well so placement will be good in spite of being a comparatively new branch the other choices you mentioned may carry a cs degree with them but overall eiot will be good considering brand value of college and other factors.

The time in which you will get your fee back in bank account is different for every scholarship.

But most of the times, after you have submitted the self attested documents file, then after complete verification a committee will check for the students who are eligible to get the scholarship/fee concession based on their income and family condition.

After that a list will be made of such students and they will receive the tuition fee in their respective accounts within 1-2 months.

in my opinion it is better to go with any of ece from dtu or nsut as both have their brand name right there on the top, top tech companies of india also visit here coding competition here is tough and ferocious and they have great placements and hence any choice between nsut and dtu would be a good choice over other mentioned institutes.

For admission in DTU, NSUT, IGDTUW, IIIT delhi you have to register for jac counselling. If you belong to delhi region and ews category then there are chances that you can get into these colleges. Getting it or ece will be a little bit difficult if cutoff increase ,however you can get Mechanical engineering, MAM , EE ,etc. You can also apply for IGDTUW which is a girls college ,it is also a government college you can easily get it and ece in it.
