NSUT
hello there!
yes all the stuff related to upgradation, branch changing happens after 1st semester and reamains so for the rest of the 4 years.
yes, you can change your branch, but it is to make sure you have not freezed your branch in your first year, there will come time in DTU first year where you willbe asked to freeze your branch if haven't freezed your branch. then, it is must you should not have any back in first year and there will be option you can change your branch. But the important thing is if seat of above preference is vacant and your jee mains marks should be good than other student who has same preferance as of yours.
Thus now if your jee mains marks are better than others and seat is vacant, you will get the above preferred branch.
Hi
Since you haven't mentioned your home state and category, please refer the link below, and put in your details to get the cutoff ranks for each branch.
https://www.careers360.com/university/netaji-subhas-university-of-technology-new-delhi/cut-off?college_id=3653&exam_sub_exam_id=2&ici=college_view_cutoffs&counselling_id=524&category_of_admission_id=2&caste_id=2
Also, the above link contains ranks. To go from percentile to rank, use the following formula
rank = (100-p)/100 * 9.34 lakhs where p is the percentile, and 9.34 lakhs is roughly the number of students who appeared for JEE Mains Paper 1

Hello dear
As the admission is based on your jee mains rank and you have to take part in counseling for taking admission .
But there is a eligibility criteria of 12 th marks also, you must have minimum 75% aggregates ( 65% for sc/st category) or in top 20 percentile of your board exams.
If you are eligible then your admission will only depend upon the rank.
Good luck
As of now the application form for BBA has not been released. it was scheduled to release in the Month of May but as you know because of this Corona Virus Pandemic it was postponed.
So, please don't believe any such rumors and speculation going around Internet,
Whenever the form will release we will be the first one to notify you.

Hey Harsh
According to previous year statistics, the AIR required for ST candidates to get admission in Delhi Technological University [Civil] was 61902 (CRL) for Other State student, Round 3. And with regards to January'20 attempt ((100-80.60) X 869010 /100) for that you must score more than 93 percentile in JEE July attempt.
Note: This assumption is based on previous year records and that might change in the upcoming session, so the more you score the more you would be on safer side. Also NSUT doesn't offer BTech in Civil Engineering.
For further doubts, ask us.
According to last year record the last ST All India rank to get admission in Delhi Technological University (DTU) Civil Engineering was around 61,000 for Other State Student.
And According to the formula; (100- NTA percentile score ) X 869010 /100 , your rank comes out be more than 2,17,000 and in that case sorry but admission in DTU (Civil) would be difficult for you. The Home State students have a lot better edge in admissions in DTU as there is good margin difference between Home state and Other state students.
Hello,
