What you have to do now that:

• Follow Up on Your Email: If you don’t receive a response within a week or two, consider following up to ensure they are processing your request.
• Prepare for Different Outcomes: While waiting for their response, be prepared for either outcome:
  • If they cancel your duplicate application, make sure you have the registration details of the application you wish to keep.
  • If you receive a ban, inquire about the possibility of an appeal.
