The chapter-wise weightage is only a reference as to how important the chapters are and the base they form for other chapters too. Questions can be asked from other chapters too, that too, 2-3 questions even if they have a low weightage.

You have to make the necessary changes in the images within the given time if NTA notifies to make changes. If you do not make changes then your application might get rejected if it is not properly submitted. You cannot do anything now as the correction window is already

See NTA has only responsibility to conduct the NEET UG exam not of it's counselling and counselling is conducted by MCC, DGHS and othe state counselling authorities so refund of security deposit is not under the jurisdiction of NTA but it is under the counselling authority so MCC

So with regard to your query, generally NTA is the authority which release the CMAT score. on 29 April 2022 it released the CMAT scores. However, they consisted only the marks, there was no percentile given in that.

The certificate that you need to upload should be of similar format as available in the information bulletin of NEET UG 2022. If your OBC-NCL certificate is of similar format and also it has been issued on or after January 1st, 2022 then you can definitely upload but
