The results of neet 2021 are not declared till now. Supreme Court stays the order of Bombay High Court for two students. The final answer will be likely published first and then in two or three days the results will be published. You can check results after declaration.

For your ICAR percentile it is difficult to get seat based on previous year's cut-offs. You can try for Management quota seats.
