  • No of students apper in exam.

Dear candidate, every year the cutoff changes. It depends on varies reasons like the number of applicants, question paper. This year there were four sessions so that's the reason about more number of student at the same rank.

i got 76.92 percentile in jee main my crl rank is 213217 and im from obc ncl and my obc ncl rank is 67141 i want to know am i eligible for giving the JEE advanced exams ? is there a closing and opening rank also a criteria or only the percentile NTA scores?

This is because,

Minimum percentile in jee main to be eligible for jee advanced  2021 is  68.0234447 percentile for obc category

Now,

You have got around 76.92 percentile i. e more than  68.0234447 percentile so you are definitely eligible for jee

If your nta score 90.89 then

Your percentile is also 90.89

in other words, Nta score and percentile are the one and same thing.
