As per nta's specifications your signature should be with black ink. But don't worry, i n case of any discrepancies in  your uploaded photograph in your application form, NTA mails you on your registered Email id. Even if NTA doesn't mail and if your uploaded images doesn't meet prescribed

Hope you are doing great there . I am sorry to say this but the score you mentioned is not clear since you have not used the decimal in your percentile score . Auuming that you are trying to say 81 percentile , I regret to say this

If your image is not suitable again you will asked by NTA to change the image. If not then also you can upload the image which is expectedly on the 6th August,2021. So dont be stressed and focus on your NEET revisions.
