KSEEB has released NTSE Karnataka Admit card on November 2 and last date to download admit card is November 6, 2019. The admit cards can be download through school login only.
So, you can contact your respective school where you filled application form to get your NTSE Admit card .

I think you must be talking about GATE 2019 marks. If you are expecting a rank of around 800-1000 then you can forget PSU's. But wait, i know paper was bit easy this time but still you can't get a rank of 800-1000 in 78.67.
I think you can get a rank around 500-700 (may be). But considering 800 then only optiion left is to join IIT's for Mtech. You can't get IIT B or IIT D but you can get Roorke or Kanpur.
