As per my point of view all branches are best it remains on you about which branch you have the interest , no branch is bad.The thing is your minset and thinking about any branch.But in current scenario many are going for computer science because they know the packages.They are not going by there interest.So,go by your interest and it will be the best.

for making weapons you can opt for chemical engineering , if you're interested in this field it is very good stream and quite interesting and many colleges in India offer this stream in this the field of B.Tech.
For a building space crafts you can opt for aeronautical engineering , this is pretigious course offered in the field of B.Tech
