Hi aspirant, 

Yes definitely there is a course of nuclear enginnering. You can do btech and further mtech in nuclear science and engineering. You have to do your calss 12 in science stream with maths as your subject following with physics and chemistry. Here is the list of some colleges in india that provide you with this course-

As per my point of view all branches are best it remains on you about which branch you have the interest , no branch is bad.The thing is your minset and thinking about any branch.But in current scenario many are going for computer science because they know the packages.They are not going by there interest.So,go by your interest and it will be the best.
