I am extremely sorry but you cannot apply for lateral entry in mbbs even after bsc nursing

This is because,

Provision of lateral entry isn't there for admission in mbbs.

So, even after bsc nursing you will have to take the same route of qualifying neet as of that

On completion of the pre-commissioning formalities, candidates can join as nursing officers in the rank of Lieutenant. Those selected for Short Service Commission (SSC) in the Military Nursing Service (MNS) are required to serve for 5 years. The service is extendable upto 14 years.
