for example in west bengal, jenpaugh is the b.sc nursing entrance test and students who aspire to admission in any government or private college need to participate in the jenpaugh exam.

Dear candidate, NEET is not compulsory for BSc Nursing course. There is a separate entrance examination for BSc nursing in different universities and colleges. You need to appear for the entrance exam.
