Hello. Yes, to get admission in BSC Nursing, you will need to write EAMCET exam. That's mandatory.

After exam and then passing the counselling, that is deciding which college to choose from, then you will be finally admitted.

Hello. As per my research, if you have not accepted the seat by paying any fees, then defineitky you can take direct admission elsewhere.

There wont be any issue unless if you have blocked your money for the confirmed seat.
