As per the UGC guidelines, two degrees at the same time can be pursued. But, the one degree should be from distance mode and the other degree from regular mode.  B.sc nursing is offered only in regular mode while institutes like IGNOU,KSOU offers distance courses in BBA.

yes with bsc nursing degree you can join ota  by giving CDS entrance exam and passing  that  also you had to have age between 19 to 25 years.you can give cds exam after any graduate degree in hand so you can join ota if you passed cds exam.
