For Bsc nursing no need to neet mark. you can get the admission right after you pass 12th with 50% in physics, chemistry, biology and english.But certain college or instution take the candiates depends upon entarnce exam like AIIMS nursing exam,PGIMER nursing exam,CMC Ludhiana entrance exam,JIPMER  nursing etc.

NEET marks are not required to get into B.sc Nursing course. For  getting admission into B.sc Nursing course, you need to follow the admission procedure of that particular institute for nursing admission. Many institutions conducts entrance examination and some do admission on the basis of marks scored in class

So on such marks and category you have very low  chances of getting any government college according to previous year's cut-off. You can also try for some colleges which offer B.Sc nursing course on the basis
