According to their resources and information given by the T.S. Mishra Medical College. They currently only offer MBBS, MD and M.Sc. courses. So there is no option of B.Sc. courses in the TSMMC. I would suggest that you look for some other college for B.Sc. and pursue it

To get admission into B. Sc Nursing, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Chemistry, Physics and Biology subjects as mandatory subjects. Also candidates having General Nursing and Midwifery (G.N.M) qualification can also apply for the course.
The basic B. Sc Nursing is a four years

No NEET examination is not neccesary for joining in B.Sc nursing.Candidate must have the eduacation qualification of 10+2 in BiPC stream and should secured a minimum of 50 percent aggregate score in 10+2.
After completion of 10+2,candidate can directly join in any degree college
