obc candidate
Dear aspirant,
As far as your rank is concerned which is 90k , it's difficult to get good nits through josaa like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut. But you may have some chances if your home state belongs to one of these nits like Nagaland, mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Agartala, sringar.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Hello,
It's hard for you to get mbbs or bds seats. You can try for bams private seats in state quota or government seats. The cutoff changes each year according to certain factors. So it'll be hard to predict. But checking the previous year cutoff trends you can try for bams, bhms, bvsc.
For predicting your college use the college predictor tool given below-

A separate Telangana MBBS cutoff 2021 will be published for 85% State Quota and 15% All India Quota seats (AIQ). The scores obtained in NEET are the important factor determining the NEET 2021 Cutoff Telangana for granting admission in the state. It's quite difficult to predict cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors. Since you have 445 marks in your NEET exam 2021, also you belongs to OBC category, so on the behalf of your marks you can predict your college with the help of College Predictor.
Yes, based on the last year cut offs you are probably getting a government college in Telangana, but the chances are very low. As the cut off goes high every year. Here are some colleges where you stand a chance based on last year cut offs.
GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDA - Last year cut off for OBC - 442
GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, SURYAPET - Last year cut off for OBC - 444
Here is a link, you can check which college you are getting based on your rank

Hello student,
As it is impossible to predict anything with certainty as cutoff changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. But we can have some idea about it with the help of previous year cutoffs. On the basis of previous year cutoffs trend, to get government medical college in West Bengal under OBC category, one must score atleast 580+ marks in NEET UG exam to be on much safer side. But remember that nothing is confirmed yet.
Hope you get some clarification.
