obc candidate
Hello aspirant!
In earmarking, a reserved category student who got a seat has previlige to select the seat either under the open category or under reserved category. If you opt open category, then one seat under reservation of the category you belong to will be passed to next candidate.
Now,
If you belong to OBC Category, you need to select Reserved. Because Open Category is for General Category students. But because OBC has 27% reservation, you have to select Reserved Category.
