Hello,
In July session 12,00,000 candidates are expected to appear then your overall expected rank can be calculated by the formula (100-your total percentile)*1200000/100. So if you have scored 97-98 percentile your rank will be in between 24,000-36,000 and your rank based on category will be in between 4000-5000. Considering 2019 cut off you may have chances of getting seat in NIT, Delhi, NIT, Agartala, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur but if you want to get seat in NITs like Surathkal, Calicut, Trichy your need to score above 98 percentile. Cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease.

Congratulations for your achievement.
It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the
previous year cutoff as a general category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs,
IIITs & GFTIs however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.
To know your admission chances in JOSSA & State counseling you can use JEE Main
college Predictor tool.

Good luck.
Cut off may change every year and it depends on number of candidates appeared, number of seats available, difficulty of exam etc. In 2019 the cut off for NIT, Andhra Pradesh for home state OBC-NCL category was as follows
So to have decent chances of getting a seat you need to score 95 or above percentile. Since this is 2019 cut off the cut off in 2020 may increase or decrease.
