Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is a bachelor's programme in the field of medicine. It trains the students to become skilled professional Occupational Therapist, capable of doing the Independant or Supervised practice.
The syllabus for this course is as follows :
First Year:
Second Year:
Third Year:
Fourth Year:
So some of the subjects are similar to that of the MBBS, which is for the linking between the two courses and the two individuals working at a same place to understand the the concepts while working.
The entrance exam for the course is conducted by the various universities for their own course while some institutes accept the admission on the merit basis.
For the entrance exam, you can refer to the syllabus of the NEET and also can study NEET papers. Since, there are no question paper available, I would advice you to do this.

Yes ,you can pursue occupational therapy without neet.
Because it is one of the the medical courses after class 12 without neet .
You can opt for Bachelor of Occupational therapy.
Duration: 4.5 yrs
you can also opt for Diploma in Rehabilitation (Occupational therapy)
Duration: 1 year

There is no need to give NEET for getting admission in Bachelor of occupational therapy. Neither there's a admission for the particular course via MHTCET. Kindly check the website of the college you want to take admission for BOT course because they conduct individual entrance exam for the same.

You can fill the form available at seth G S medical college's website for admission in bachelor of occupational therapy. The admission will be done on the basis of marks scored in entrance exam. Apart from this college there are many more colleges offering Bachelor of occupational therapy course and their fees varies between 4000-15000 per annum for government institutes and 50000-100000 for private institutes. MHTCET is not needed for BOT. There are other entrance exams conducted by state universities and colleges for admission in BOT.
Eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics with 50% aggregate, there's relaxation of 5% in case of reserved category. In majority cases, admission is conducted through entrance test, while a few others offer admission based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
