Hello Aspirant! Opening and closing ranks of JEE main cutoff of Government colleges in Odisha will be announced on the official website of OJEE. You can apply for the counselling and can also check previous years cutoff of those colleges.
According to your rank and category, you have very less chances to get in state of Odisha. You can go through the other private colleges or another state as per according to your preferences. Mostly one or two colleges may get on free seat but that's possible mostly. Try other colleges.

Hello Aspirant,
Closing CRL ranks of last year were like :-
@Other state quota
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering (50,010)
Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.) - Industrial and Production Engineering (67125)
@Home state quota
National Institute of Technology Sikkim - Mechanical Engineering (822346)
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Chemical Engineering (3,28,292)
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
So on such rank and category you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/GFTIs UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU DESERVE HOME STATE QUOTA FOR ANY OF THE LOWER RANKED NITs , so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for autonomous government colleges or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Hello Aspirant! With this percentile your expected rank would be around 5 lakhs or something. With this rank, it' s quite difficult for you to get into a government college but as you're from SC category I would like to know your rank for the same as you may get a government college with your category rank. Hello Debasish,
Hope you are doing all good. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in India is a subcategory of people belonging to the Economy Based Un-Reserved Category having an annual family income less than INR 8 lakh and it comes with its own perks. Not only Odisha, every State Government is bound to considerate it and they do. Incase you feel you're deprived of any of the advantages you should be getting being under EWS Category, you should immediately contact a law practitioner.
Hope this answers your query.

ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
If your choice is CSE or IT or a career in the IT/Software Sector, I believe both the Colleges have strong Placements. However, being located near IT, Technology and Manufacturing Hubs of Bangalore, provide huge scope and impetus to training and placements. Secondly the diversity of DSE is more than ITER, with students across India, unlike SOA where 70-80% students come from Eastern India. Hence you habe a more vibrant campus and college life.
