Hello candidate,
The Odisha government also provides the same reservation for the reserved category students as mentioned by the central government in its state funded and other national level government colleges. There is a special 10% reservation for EWS candidates, 27% of the seats are also reserved for the OBC NCL students.
There are also several other reservations available such as- 22.5% of available seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) students (7.5% for STs, 15% for SCs,20% for ESC,12% for SCA,16% for SCB,22% for SCC,18% for SCD).
Hope you found it helpful. If you have any further questions feel free to post it here!!
Dear Adbhutam,
Yes, you can be an assistant professor. You are eligible for it. But, you must need to have knowledge to teach first. Some institutes even demand experience of teaching the specific subject you are going to teach in. So, you can enquire from the respected institute/University as well. Spme Universities demand similar degree which has to be studied. It varies from University to university. Feel free to drop any query related to this or else.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck :)

Hi,
You haven't mentioned whether you are eligible for any sub quota or not. Following are the cutoff for NSIT in Spot round 4.
The above mentioned is All India Rank. The last admitted AIR was 313017. Your CRL rank is 671289. So, it would be difficult to get seat in NSIT. I advise you to go for State level councelling. There you could get some college.
To Know what colleges you could get on the basis of JEE mains marks, you should use this tool: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
I hope this will answer your query.

I hope your query is related to 85% seat quota of Odisha. I'm telling the cut off marks according to State quota for your category.
So last year i.e, neet 2020 Lowest cut off marks/ranks for SC category in Odisha was for Govt. Medical College, Balangir - 505 marks, state rank- 2609 and AIR 85100.
In neet 2019 also Govt. Medical College, Balangir have Lowest Cut off marks for SC category which was state rank -2062 and AIR 87767
in 2018 cut off marks for SC category for mbbs was around 420 marks and air 62921
So if we compare last three year cut off trends then it is safe if you get AIR below 80k and state rank below 2k. Although cut off marks get very much changed depending upon the quality of questions paper. If questions comes easy cut off marks will increase. By seeing all the trend try to score for 520-530 marks for sure seat in govt medical College of Odisha.
You can use our neet college predictor it will tell you at which marks you may get govt college. Link is below
