You need to choose the code 02.

This is because,

You have already passed your 12th from odisha state board  i. e CHSE or Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha

And

code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/ higher /senior secondary / Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English

While, those who have passed 1st year of graduation with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.

It is very difficult to predict the actual jee mains rank from your percentile as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared on your session, how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appearing for the exam. Based on previous few years trends and cutoff a predicted rank can be prescribed which should be around 194677 to 218845.

Based on your rank you can get VSSUT odhisha in civil engineering but your chances are tough if you belong to general ,gender neutral quota. If you have ex serviceman quota then there are lot of chances. You may also get production engineering,  metallurgical and materials engineering. But if you have quota you have a lot of chances in VSSUT .

As we go through previous year's(2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the closing rank was 87765 for Govt. Medical College, Balangir under 85% state quota for SC category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020.
