Hey,
Your marks is quote good but sorry to say due to increase in cut off this year the rank has shifted vastly. The last closing rank under state quota in Orissa was around 32000.
So I don't think being a general category student you will be able to secure a seat in any government college of Orrisa.
I have attached a link of Orissa 2019 counseling. You can refer to it for further clarification.

Hey Bimal, sorry to say you that, there is a very low chances to get the government medical college with your ews marks. With your marks you can apply for the other courses like bhms and so on. If you looking for the private medical college, surely you can get with 515 marks.
Best of luck!
Hello aspirant
518 is good score, but it is difficult to say that you will get admission in government college or not.
It depends upon cut off neet 2020 which will be released soon. Till then we can rely on previous year's cut off. Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off.
