No, you cant get admission based on your OJEE scor, you have to appear JEE Mains to get admission at NIT Rourkela.

There is no OJEE as the admissions in Orissa are done on the basis of Jee main score/rank and if you are not having the domicile of that state then you are only eligible for private colleges.
