Hey Giti! Odisha Joint Entrance Examination or OJEE is a state level exam conducted by OJEE Board for admission in various undergraduate, masters degree programs. The basic eligibility criteria for OJEE counselling is same as OJEE exam. The choices filling is based on your preference of colleges, a preference list is prepared based on the student and according to the list the college is alloted.

The Special OJEE 2019 Exam will be conducted for the students who haven't qualified JEE Mains 2019. The entrance exam will be just for one hour and will be held on 21st July 2019. Below I have provided the list of important dates required for Special OJEE Exam - 

• Registration starts for Special OJEE 2019 Exam : 30th June
• Registration closes : 10th July
• Specila OJEE 2019 Exam : 21st July
• Announcement of result : 25th July
• Download rank card & online registration choice filling : 25th to 27th July
• Display of Round 1 Allotment : 30th July
• Document verification at Nodal Centres : 1st to 2nd August
• Display of final allotment : 3rd August

If u are interested for cse and IT then a general rank of 140+ is required.

For a core branch( electrical , mech) u need a marks of 110+ .

And for other branches like civil etc u need marks around 81+.

Even if u get a seat in cet , getting a hostel seat could be difficult as it is alloted on basis of rank. IF u dont get a hostel seat then u might have to increase ur hostel budget for making ur own arrangments. Looking at this you may ceratinly get an idea of, if you can hold a seat or not.

hey, yes you are eligible to give the ojee examination. The eligible criteria are

• Candidate must be a citizen of India to be considered eligible for OJEE 2019. Candidates coming under NRIs and persons of Indian origin category can also apply for admission, however, they will be considered only for supernumerary seats.
• Candidate needs to have passed their 10+2 exam as conducted by Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha or any equivalent exam to get admission through OJEE 2019.
• To become eligible for OJEE 2019, candidates will be required to secure a minimum 45% marks in aggregate in their qualifying exam. For SC and ST candidates, the minimum requirement is 40% marks under the same parameter.

So if you think you come under these categories you are eligible.
