Your score is very less in CET 2021 and also you are from open category , so you cannot get admission in best colleges and if you go in low level colleges , then chances are that you might not even get any placements , I can give

Sorry to say but at 51 percentile, it is next to impossible to get a good college even you have an NT-B category. There is very little chance that you can get a decent college too. So, you must consider giving other exams also and try to maximize
