There are no age limit or any  criteria for appearing in PGCET MBA exam, however if you are applying for the MBA programme you must have a domicile of Karnataka.

see new education system is yet to be confirmed from all reputed university of India and education board. however generally most of bachelors courses of Indian Universities is of minimum of  three years duration after passing 12th course.the eligibility criteria for mba course is candidates must have completed bachelors

No, there is no problem even if you have a gap after your 12th and graduation. You can appear for different MBA entrance exam and take admission in MBA colleges in 2021. If you want to get into good college and get a good job then its recommended
