Yes ofcourse you can. There are many universities and many courses in which the admission is given on entrance basis. The basic eligibility for those entrance exams is passing 10+2 from a recognised board with minimum 50-55% marks.
So, According to this criteria, you are eligible for taking admission
Ofcourse you can do your mba after having a bank job experience rather it would add up to your resume which will surely be advantageous to your admission to top iims. But you need to score atleast 95% in cat to get good bschools. Prepare yourself accordingly and also prepare

i would like to suggest MBA ...why because even you are very clear in that, you are not good at practical....so its better to choose MBA where practical will be less and theory is more...

If we talk about PGDM than its a rule from AICTE that students must have atleast 50% in their graduation but colleges which offer mba degree will accept a score of below 50% also.
