Your profile is decent, but given your percentile in CAT, it seems difficult that you will  be shortlisted by a government college, as the cutoffs for the same are at the higher side.

You cannot take admissions to Faculty of management studies without CAT examin DU

You have to apply and appear for the CAT or Common admissions test conducted in the month of November.
