Hi can someone tell me what is the minimum overall cat percentile required to get a call for MBA /TECH MBA program of IIT JODHPUR. My cat percentile is 88 GEM. shall I fill the form?

As IIT jodhpur has just started the MBA program from 2020 the cut offs will be 80+ for getting a call, followed by GDPI. As you've scored 88, that's fair enough to get a call.

Yes IIRM Hyderbabad is a decent college for pursuing MBA. The placements are good as well, all you need is to master your speaking skills, grammar skills, vocabulary and the academic performances. The CMAT cutoff for this college was close to 95 percentile last year.

Maths might be needed a bit if you are appearing for an entrance exam but, as far as MBA finance is concerned you only need to have knowledge of statistics and basic maths which would be sufficient.
