Yes

Most probably you can get lower branches in DTU.But percentile varies year to year.One of my friend got 130 in jee mains 2015 and 96%.His rank was 18k and he got Electrical Engineering in DTU.

Congratulations!!, According to last years cut offs you will be able to get some branch in vellore or chennai campuses.you can get civil in vellore campus and mechanical in chennai campus according to last years cut off.There are low chances for getting other top branches in both colleges.
