From your profile it is evident that you are a Medicine aspirant and hopefully your query is regarding the NEET UG 2021 counseling.
Further since your question is quite poorly framed I will walk you through the whole counseling procedure.
NEET 2021 results have been declared by National Testing Agency and the Counseling process for seat allotment is expected to begin in next few days.
There are two counseling process -
• All India Quota Counseling or AIQ Counseling

----- But Through state Counseling , you can take admission in Medical colleges in your domicile state only.
MCC will conduct 4 rounds of counselling - AIQ Round 1, AIQ Round 2, AIQ Mop-up round, and AIQ stray vacancy round.
Remaining seats after completion of Round 2 will be filled in mop-up and stray vacancy round by MCC in online mode.
The four rounds will only be conducted for AIQ seats having All India character which are contributed by states for 15% UG seats.
• Fresh candidates will only be allowed in the first three rounds and not in the stray vacancy round.
• Candidates will be given an option for upgradation and free exit only in Round 1
• Candidates who join the allotted seat in Round 1 will not be allowed to resign and will be ineligible for participating in further rounds of counseling.

Thank you.
Dear applicant most often when you apply for any particular Examination, during your application whichever category you submit it remains your category till counselling and admission. After admission you can ask your college authority to make a change in your category and get the desired facilities. But yes whenever you apply for any exam, next time, you can add up your EWS certificate and upgrade your category. For better efforts send a mail to enquiry mail id of the examination authority for updated category.
Good luck!!
